How Google Jobs visibility works
AROS gives every published job a public, crawlable page with valid
JobPosting structured data, a canonical URL, sitemap inclusion, and a direct application path back into AROS. That makes an open posting eligible to appear in Google Jobs — Google controls whether and when a posting is actually shown. Closed, expired, or archived postings are removed from the sitemap and no longer emit JobPosting structured data.Want the fuller picture?
