Your workspace is yours
Every job, candidate, note, and outcome is scoped to your organization’s private workspace. No other AROS customer can see any of it. We enforce that boundary in code at every screen and every API call.
Candidate privacy
Candidate data stays in your workspace. It’s never sold, licensed, or used to train general AI models. Candidates can request deletion — email us and we process it promptly.
AI transparency
Every AI-generated insight is labeled “Draft — please review.” No numeric candidate scores. AI cites evidence. If AI is ever unavailable, deterministic logic keeps AROS working.
Humans stay in control
AROS is a decision-support surface, not a decision-maker. We won’t build agents that message candidates on your behalf without your review. That’s a line we’ve drawn intentionally.
